Greetings. I am in dire need of help.
I am having issues with my GPU. It suddenly started acting weird while playing games, the screen would stutter and "vibrate", I would get that vsync effect also. Shortly after the screen would go gray with with vertical lines.
Now, when I start my PC, the screen just becomes bright green. I checked the temps and its fine, around 40°C. I booted into safe mode and it works. I used DDU to uninstall the drivers and it works even then, I just have the "generic pnp device". As soon as I reinstall drivers, the green screen happens again.
Is my GPU dead?

R7 265X 2GBs
AsRock 990FX Extreme 3 mobo
Gskill 8GBs RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium
