Im wanting to overclock my gtx 1050 and currently its gpu clock is at 1601 mhz and 7392 memory clock.I am not so sure how safe this is or how far this card can be pushed safely.Currently running at 69 degrees celcius when gaming.

Solution
Yes I strongly thinks that way that obviously overclocking graphics card will increase cpu's temps. Also your current motherboard is not meant to support cpu overclock

Can you send a screenshot url here because from the numbers you have given I think your gpu is running at more than specified clock speeds.
The maximum boost speed allowed in OC mode for your graphics card is 1493 MHz and also memory clock speed allowed is 7008 MHz.

Since you mentioned your graphics card clock speed and memory clock (which is a bit high for normal range), by taking it into consideration I suggest you shouldn't overclock it as it is looking overclocked already.

Also for your graphics card temperatures check this link

Your ambient (surrounding) temperature also matters. 69 degrees is a bit more for your pc so I suggest you should adjust the OC settings such that they give you maximum speed w/o increasing the temperature above 67 degrees.

Would you mind if I know your CPU model number?
