I have an X4 760k, overclocked to 4.3ghz at 1.4 vCore, on an Asus F2A55-M LK with a Cryorig H7 cooler.

Package temperature on HWMonitor reads 60°c on idle, 96°c on load, while TMPIN1 is 37°c idle, 52°c load.
I've checked AMD Overdrive, which gave me a thermal margin of 57° on idle and 23° on load.

Everything runs stable, even after hours of gaming or stresstesting I'm not noticing any throttling or performance issues.
I don't know if I'm missing something here, is the sensor faulty, or measuring something else besides the cpu?

Two things I have noticed, before I got the H7 I was using a stock cooler and temps were about 10-20° higher at load even at the standard clock of 3.8. Also when I tried overclocking to 4.4ghz I started to notice thermal throttling, which I understood to be because of the VRM's overheating.

So I hope someone can help me, is my system safe, or should I be worried about something overheating?
Thanks in advance!
