I7-7700K bottlenecking 1070 on Ghost Recon Wildlands

I recently upgraded my rig
I know i can play Ghost Recon Wildlands at high settings at least but for some reason im only getting between 53 -60 fps i think my cpu is bottlenecking my gpu or am i wrong plz help
Sry for my english

Spec:
mobo- Gigabyte GA-B150-HD3P
Cpu- I7 7700K (stock clock speed)
Cpu cooler- scythe fuma scfm-1000
GPU- msi gtx 1070 gaming x 8 gb

There should be no way that your 7700k is bottlenecking a 1070. Hell the 7700k shouldn't bottleneck a 1080ti. I see what you are saying, but my best guess is that you are running a 1080p 60hz monitor. With the 1070 you should be running AT LEAST a 1080p 120-144hz monitor, if not a 1440p monitor. The lower the resolution the less the GPU works and the more it "appears" to bottleneck. The higher the resolution, the more the GPU has to do and it somewhat "equalizes" the usage of the CPU and GPU.

the 7700k is the most potent gaming cpu there is.
there's no faster CPU on the market.
hard to believe it would be bottlenecking a midrange+ GPU.

as for your fps -- do you have V-Sync on?
try disabling it for once

Ghost recon is very CPU intensive. Granted in this video Jay is streaming at the same time, but at some point in the video he breaks down how much cpu processing power is being utilized by only the game:

you could try reducing settings to medium and see how many fps you're getting.

might be that you're running settings with 4k upscaling which actually causes your GPU to not display more frames

or some settings in the NVIDIA CP are weird

The very low gpu usage is strange., although i have a 1080ti clocked at 1970 we both have the 7700k, I can tell you that the game is definitely a CPU hog. I play at 1440p and I average 85-90fps on very high with turf effects on and god rays on.my gpu usage is usually 98. Weird, when I had my 1070 I was getting about 60-70 on a mix of very high and high @ 1440p.

On my wife's i5 4690k @ 4.4 I tried the game and I got below 60fps on my same 1080ti. I don't remember such high cpu usage when the game first launched. Maybe something got bricked in one of the updates.
