Hello.

So i've recently upgraded my specs, because previous parts were outdated, but there is little to no difference in FPS.

I updated drivers and run games in low quality settings, but it has not seemed to help.

My specs: CPU- i7-6700k
GPU- ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 3gb dual OC
RAM- Crucial DDR4 2133MHz 2x8GB
Motherboard- ASUS B150M-A, Socket-1151
PSU- Corsair VS550 550W KPC Bulk Edition

Some examples of FPS on low settings.

CSGO - 120-250 fps ( its fine but i feel like it should've been more after upgrade )
H1Z1 - 40-80 fps (very annoying fps drops, but playable. also on low settings with very low render distance and quality)
Overwatch- 60-70 fps
blackwake- arround 40- 100 fps

Old specs: GTX 750Ti
Intel Core i3-6100
Crucial DDR4 2133MHz 1x8GB
Motherboard- ASUS B150M-A, Socket-1151
PSU- Corsair VS550 550W KPC Bulk Edition

Im not very familiar with pc hardware, so it could just be that i need a new PSU or something, but any help is much appriciated. Thx

You say low quality. Did you reduce your resolution? You chose a 3GB GPU instead of the 6GB model. Do you use MSI Afterburner? That can show you your system memory which is aka your GFX memory or VRAM. You MIGHT be exceeding your VRAM amount which might be impacting your FPS.

Yes i did try to reduce resolution. i use GPU Tweak 2 idk which is more accurate, but it tells me VRAM usage is at 42-45% (in game)

Posting a screenshot such as https://s5.postimg.org/t4ajhopvb/Far_Cry4_2016_11_08_22_14_29_543.jpg might be of some help. Maybe some piece of hardware isn't operate at full power.

Something isn't right. I agree. What it is? Idk.
