Yesterday i opened my computer case to remove the my gpu to clean it and removed the RAM from the 2 slots, after i had finished i put them again in their places in the case, and plugged all the cables then i pressed on the power button i found that my PC doesn't want to start although my cpu fan was running and everything was running good inside the case but the screen doesn't show anything. I tried removing my gpu and putting it again and removing the RAM and change their places but the problem still exist. What should i do to solve this problem that makes me very angry.i'm afraid of dicovering any of my PC pieces is dead.

another suggestion is make sure you put the ram back in the right slot(s). sometimes even if the ram is installed properly it won't boot if they are not in the right slots

If revmoved GPU and RAM and now it wont boot then you likely did not get them put back in all the way. These take a little more force then the average user thinks it does. If you dont hear it click then keep pushing.

If that is not the case then make sure you did not accidently unplug a cable like the front panel headers.
Also make sure you plugged the power cables back into your GPU correctly.

Now does the PC show any life (Like fans and hard drives spinning or do you get absolutely 0% nothing when you press the power button?
