Without knowing the exact make and model of the card can't tell you if it needs a 6-pin or not. But after looking at the PSU specs it is severely lacking in the quality dept and has a very weak 22a 12v rail(264w). Even if the RX 460 you are looking doesn't require a 6-pin connector you are going to want a better quality unit.
TLDR, the psu you have now is pretty much a generic fire hazard.
