Need help with graphics card

So i have 2 graphics cards in my system. A AMD one and an integrated one which is intel.

I right click my desktop press Intel Graphics Settings then Options and Support then it says my procecessor graphics in use is my Intel one.

Is it just saying that because its the intel graphics thing on my desktop or is my PC using that card only?

If it's the rectangle with usb, audio, ethernet, etc, that's the mobo. That is not what you want. You should see some other slots and there should be one that'll have only video ports. That is your graphics card and that is what you want.
