Can someone help me to figure out if my graphic card is ok ?
When I watch a video at 720p60 FPS or I record a Fifa 17 game at 60FPS it's laggy and not smooth.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz
Graphics Chipset
AMD Radeon (TM) R9 390 Series
8GB Ram.
