Hey guys so I have a fairly new asus 1080. I haven't had any issues with it until now. I've been playing watchdogs 2 and have been getting 60-75 fps. But I started up watchdogs 2 again and now I'm getting between 30-40 fps. Nothing has changed on the game/PC. Using hardware monitor it's looking like my GPU is running at less than half speed.
I've updated my drivers
Reset watchdogs 2 settings
Changed the power setting in nvidia to best performance.
And even switicing it into the preset "OC" mode doesn't help.
