Mobo: Asus bm5220
Cpu: Intel Pentium Dual-Core 2.8Ghz
Gpu: MSI N560GTX 1gb ddr5
Ram: 2gb ddr2
Current Power Supply: AC-Bel 313w 220v.
I'm gonna upgrade my psu because it does not have any PCI-E connectors.

Solution
Exact model would be helpful.

The DA500 that I can find has 2 6+2 PCIe connectors, adapters shouldn't be necessary. (All of DeepCool's 500W PSU seem to come with two, if you have found one with only a single PCIe connector, it is either very old or not legitimate.

From what I can tell it is manufactured by CWT, they also make Corsair's lower end power supplies. It should be adequate for your system.
Since that graphics card can draw more than 200 Watts, if you were to run a GPU stress test, you're better off getting at least a 450 Watt power supply unit that is able to provide at least two 75-Watt 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

The Seasonic S12ii series is a good option. Depending on your budget, you should also consider the EVGA GS, GQ, G2, and G3 PSUs.

I would recommend getting 450 to 550 watts if you plan to upgrade hardware down the line. That will give you some headroom down the line, possibly preventing a headache or two.
