Just bought an Asus strix 270E board with a I7 7700k, Corsair H100i V2 and 16x2 Dominator Platinum 3000 DDR4. Tried using the on board DVI without GPU installed and tried installing GPU (980 strix) and using the DVI on the card. Neither are giving me a signal to my monitor.

I'm having the same exact issue. It has to be the MB, because my ram and gpu (gtx 1050ti)worked fine on my old MB
If it's the Rog Strix Z270E gaming mobo. Look at the sticker on the mobo. Are the last 4 numbers 0604 or higher?
It needs this BIOS to support that CPU
