Hello,

Is the AMD Athlon X4 860K and the Gtx 1050 ti and good partner?

The games I player are

CS go
arma 3
Overwatch

Will these two be able to run these games at good fps?

They are not, all these 3 games are CPU demanding. CS GO will run on max, overwatch on mids, Arma 3 i doubt it will be even playable, 20-30 fps if u lucky.
So for the future, most fps multiplayer games are CPU demanding. G4560 suggested above is a great deal.

I already have a fm2+ motherboard and the gtx 1050ti, all i wont is a CPU that will get me through until I get a Job, this will be around 4-5 months. and then I am going to buy a new computer.
