Got one from a friend free. Was seeing if i could put a 600 psu in this and a gtx 770 and be able to run games please give me feedback questions is can i upgrade this computer to be able to run games like League of Legends on high or medium with good fps and overwatch?

No, you cannot put a 600w psu in this 2006 Dell brand computer. Their motherboards are proprietary. Also, pcie 2.0 was released in 2007. This is a 2006 computer. it won't run modern graphics cards, like the gtx 770.

You won't be able to run MOBA games on this outdated computer, unfortunately. Development in graphics have come a long way, from 720p to 1080p, 1440p to 2140p over the last several years. You could buy a cheap used or refurbished computer for around $200 to play MOBA games if you google it online.
