Ethernet not connecting after disabling Virtual switches

So I have Windows 10 Pro and when I opened up my device manager I noticed a couple virtual switches for Hyper-v and virtual box that I knew I didn't need so I uninstalled them. However, after doing so I was no longer connected to the internet even though I was not in hyper-V or virtual box (as I had uninstalled virtualbox a while ago. This switch must've been left over). After this I tried disabling and re-enabling my regular, intel (R) Ethernet Adapter switch to no avail and instead had a bunch of WAN miniports now appear under my 'Network Adapters' tab (WAN Miniport PPOE, SSTP, PPTP, etc.). Everything, including these new Miniport adapters and one hyper-v adapter I saved are saying they are up to date and enabled but I can't connect to the internet. How should I go about trouble shooting this?
