The Owltech SS g-550 is a very basic PSU made for the Japanese market and not sure if it has bronze certification.? Only rated to 80% efficiency with a 3year Warranty.

A company can sell a product for whatever price they decide to sell it for. They can even sell it at a loss if they want to (a.k.a. loss-leader) to attract customers.
Owltech, most likely, has a co-branding agreement with Seasonic where they're allowed to print up their own retail boxes adding their company name along side Seasonic's to the external retail packaging. Maybe they're buying directly from Seasonic so that they don't have to pay a middleman/distributor's markup. It doesn't mean that the product inside the box is any different than the original. Do you even see the name Owltech on the PSU itself? It even has the same 5 Year warranty that Seasonic's own G-Series has.
If you don't trust Owltech then don't buy it.
