FarCry primal native resolution problem

So i bought far cry prinal today to run it on my pc.My specs are gtx 1050 ti fx 4350 and 16 gb ram.However,when i run the game in my screen's native resolution of 1366×768 there is a line on the right side of the screen that is brighter than the rest of the screen.That does not happen in any other resolution.My monitor is a samsung s19c150.Other than that the game rus beautifully at ultra settings 60fps.can anyone guess whats happening?

In that case there is probably nothing you can do about it at your end, since the issue rests entirely with the game itself. Maybe contact Ubisoft and alert them to the issue and they might patch it or something.

There is no such option.The screen is 2 years old.
UPDATE:Tried a second monitor and the issue persists...Note that this problem is only there when i am running this particular game in the native resolution of 1366x768.When i run it at 1360x768 or anything else it's fine.My gpu drivers are up to date.I am also using a displayport to vga converter since my monitor has only a vga in.PLEASE HELP!
2ND UPDATE:Apparently this is an in game bug with that specific resolution since i found this gameplay in 1366x768 with the EXACT SAME issue i am having:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VzEUkKWxjVE
