I was disassembling the whole PC to store it back on the box and noticed something weird in the motherboard.
(The reason why I disassembled the setup is here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-3368218/z270-7600k-usb-working.html)

On the back of the mother board I saw this:
(I used magnifying lens to take the pictures, that is why it looks bigger).

It does not look like it is burnt, looks more like some type of glue or resin. I do not know if it is common to have this type of stuff on the back of the motherboard.
This thing seems to be placed on the back of the keybot chip.
On the front it looks normal and I did not find any odd thing:

Is it normal? (and what is it?)
Should I be concerned about it?
