Hello there, so i recently re-installed win7 due to having a BIOS Crash everytime due to an CPU Upgrade. So after the installation of the OS i've downloaded all the update, but when i ran CS:GO i was getting half the FPS I should be getting (getting around 40fps) i normally get 120+. I checked my temps and saw that my CPU temp was very inconsistent going from 32-60. So i brought a thermal paste and added it and it still occured , after 5x attemps of apply thermal paste with different sizes i keep getting the same temps. Individual cores are going from 22-30. I'm just hopeless of ideas right now and don't know what to do. I'm not even sure if its the temps that are doing it. My pc does feel much more slow also. The CPU is an AMD Athlon x4 640
