I just bought a Acer Aspire E5-573G Windows 10 Laptop. It works completely fine, except for some reason I'm completely incapable of connecting to the wifi at my university. It has no problems whatsoever connecting to my home wifi and at my friend's house, but any time I try connecting to the school wifi, I put in the username and password, and then immediately get "Can't connect to this network".
I've tried disabling firewall, using a usb wifi adapter, reinstalling the software, resetting winsock etc. But nothing has worked. It definitely isn't a problem with the school either, cause I can connect on my phone and 3DS completely fine.
Any help would be appreciated

ass to use. There is probably something on the laptop that is stopping him. Either a wifi setting or more likely a firewall. In any case that's what the IT dept of the school is for.
