I have a i7 930 @2.80 GHZ and a MSI Twin Frozr VI GTX 1050. 12GB of ram and an ASUS P6XDE-W motherboard ( I think). CPU has a stock cooler and I just noticed it's running max temps. My question is I obviously need to get a better cooler, but with normal temps will my graphics improve or will I need a new card. Note: I use a three monitor setup and have to my set graphics on BF4 as low as possible to get 30 FPS. At 1080p 60hz
Can a CPU with hot temps affect graphics or FPS

Yes it will slow down all components because of the heat the cooler the better
if your graphics is getter that hot consider buying some case fans
