The pics are too small to see anything but I'll say no unless you actually stuck something in the socket that wasn't the cpu. Which would be weird if you could manage to bend them all evenly, unless you put your weight onto the cpu but that would probably break other things. If you google intel socket pics, you see that the pins always lean. If they were straight up, they'd break/bend/have bad contact when putting a cpu in. Also the crunching you hear when latching down the cpu is normal so don't panic about that either.
