Bought PCIe Bluetooth WiFi adapter but it doesnt connect?

Okay, so, I recently bought a ASUS PCE-AC55BT 802.11ac Wireless-AC1200 Bluetooth 4.0 PCIe / mPCIe adapter (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16...) and hooked it up/ran the installation disc. I've been messing with it for a bit and can't seem to get it to connect to the internet, any ideas? Thanks.

That is ok. To verify that the drivers are installed you need to lookup in Device Manager. And it will show whether the driver is installed properly or not.

Goto the Device Manager and look up for the Network Adapters. If you find the Wireless adapter without any weird symbol the device is installed successfully. Have you connected the antenna?

As far as I know the antennae is connected but all I did was screw it in, I did nothing further.
