I recently built a new rig. AMD 8350, 16g g skill sniper ram, 2x xfx gtr rx480 black edition cards. Asus sabertooth 990fx r3.0. 1200w corsair psu. Custom water loop 480mm rad. I over clocked the rig from stock to 4.8ghz core, 2640 nb/ht link. 2349 mhz ram. Ran all the stability tests. Basically prime 95 in blend for days. Then I over clocked the gpus from 1338mhz core and 2000 mhz mem. To 1420 mhz core and 2200 mhz mem. While benchmarking the cards. The program crashed, the gpu logo lights then flickered. It ran for about 30 seconds then shut down. I made numerous threads on here trying to restore the system. It would shut down withe high performance power mode enabled. The keyboard would light when it shut down. I fixed the power issue. I fixed the low gpu performance issue. However I couldn't fix the key board issue. I finally just took a break and started to play some bf1. It ran good for about 15 mins. Then all of a sudden the keyboard flickered and was acting as if the "d" key was being pressed constant. Then the keyboard shut off. Then back on. So I shut the computer down. Problem with the keyboard persisted. So I changed the settings in razer synapse and got it to run without shutting off. However the led would flicker but only if a bright color was chosen ie white or yellow. So I tried to switch from a usb 1.0 to a usb 3.0 port. The computer would not recognize the change. It wouldn't recognize the keyboard. So I reinstalled the Asus 3.0 drivers still nothing. I'm afraid I killed my motherboard. Computer operates normally except for keyboard. And sometimes and I don't know if this is related I get 1 artifact while loading windows on my screen. But that is very rare. I am just at my wits end and don't know where to go from here. I can only think of taking it to a shop to get a definitive answer. Thanks for any responses.

Solution
Might have nothing to do with your OC or ports, this isn't the first time I read some1's razer kb "died" out of nowhere, so try with a different regular kb first.

Also you should use the small FFT instead of blend to properly stress test your cpu.

I have heard differing opinions as far as what to use. I use blend because I do overclock my ram.
