Solution T T the nerd 389 Mar 24, 2017 Double check that you plugged all of the power cables in. If you did, then the PSU is probably DOA. You can check the PSU by connecting the PS_ON pin to any of the ground (COM) pins. I use a paperclip when I have to do this. Use the diagram here for reference. http://www.smpspowersupply.com/connectors-pinouts.html This will force the PSU to turn on. If it doesn't turn on, it's either dead or not plugged in. UPDATE: I forgot to mention that you should unplug all of the power cables within the PC when you force the PSU to turn on.
