The Xbox one is not capable of displaying at fps that would warrant getting a monitor with this refresh rate (it maxes out at 60). Only a handful of games can display at 60fps (which would be 60Hz) such as forza. I would recommend getting the cheapest 1080p monitor you can find that looks good because almost everything will display 60hz and higher is overkill for the xbox again because it can't display it. As for the connection to my knowledge as long as it has standard HDMI connection it should display.
