Which Motherboard Asrock Fatal1ty Z270 K6 OR Asus Z270F ?

I am going to buy a i7-7700k.
I am not able to find out which motherboard should i buy and currently i am getting both at same price.
Please Help which board and why?

i will play games and some video rendering.

I would go the Z270F if it's the same price. I have used both ASRock and Asus boards in the past and the Asus usually are better overclockers and the board itself has more efficient cooling and a neat software suite for networking, audio and such. ASRock Fatality are nice boards too but i would take a ROG STRIX over it any day if it's the same price. Either way they will be pretty similar. (Just for reference i am using a ASRock Fatality Z170 K6 right now). :)
