I accidentally unistalled drivers (dont ask) and it stopped working (obviously). So I tried reinstalling drivers and it thinks the mouse is up to date but it wont work. The crappy logitech software wont open unless I unplug and replug my mouse in, and then it crashes each time it does. Ive already reinstalled that. The mouse has power and I need to fix the drivers I believe? Also not sure if laser or not, but no light coming out of bottom not sure if it matters.
Basically any help reinstalling drivers and troubleshooting is needed.
Update I fully reinstalled everything again, it says all drivers are working properly. Did the mouse just die at the worst time? It still has lights on so it has power...

Solution
that would indicate that there is most likely something left over from the logictech software, which upon reinstall messes things up.
Things to check:
Following folders should not exist anymore: (if you uninstalled it)
c:\program files\Logitech Gaming Software\
C:\Users\<profile name>\AppData\Local\Logitech
C:\Users\<profile name>\AppData\Roaming\Logitech

Deleting them might help.
Following registry keys are obsolete without the software, thus you could delete them to start from clean slate: (if you are going to play with regedit, you should know what you are doing)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Logitech
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Logitech
Mouse is most likely broken. (assuming that it doesn't work at all)
Reasons to believe that:
Windows uses it's own inbuilt driver for mouse if no specific special driver is given. This works fine as far as using mouse goes, you will just lack extra features like button configuration and extra buttons (if mouse has them) and such.

I can't find logitech 6502, closest I find is G502
Not seeing the light wouldn't then indicate anything since I think it uses the new darklight tech, where the light isn't visible, as indicated by their specs sheet: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/g502-proteus-core-tunable-gaming-mouse

Of course, if mouse is not G502, then I didn't manage to find the right one and above is not applicable.

If it works and you are just lacking the extra features (that G502 should have plenty of) then I would think that the LGS and it's drivers are somehow corrupted and parts of it likely have refused to uninstall properly.
It might help if you try to uninstall the LGS, then reboot, then reinstall it again.
If you suspect that the most recent one is broken, you could try one of the older versions:

Okay so it is the g502 sorry typo. Also ive uninstalled everything Logitech on my computer, and it doesn't work. But I plugged it into a different computer, it installed the drivers and worked. What do I do?
