Suddenly im getting low fps i formatted my pc , defragged every single HDD and optimsed my SSD still nothing i scanned for viruses with kaspersky avast and even malware bytes still nothing i installed 4 different drivers still nothing so i stress tested my ram, gpu, cpu and all are ok so whats wrong? i have like 25% reduced performance with my gpu i was playing battlefield 1 with same settings (low) at 1080p and was getting 80-90 fps now i get 55-60 or even less ac unity i was getting 30-35 now 15 whats wrong?
is my psu at fault? i calculated the wattage and it doesnt surpass 300 watt mark but can a faulty psu cause lower performance?

Check your gpu and cpu usage while gaming. I recommend using msi afterburner for the gpu and task manager for the cpu.
Could be having programs such as chrome open in the background that eat away at your already limited ram.
Perhaps since formatting you've lost any overclock profiles you had applied, also.
*edit*
check drivers too

drivers changed back nothing even got the newst ones still nothing , cpu usage is at 70-80% most of the time whilst GPU 99% i use razer cortex and disable everything before gaming it should be something physical damaged could it be ram damaged or psu not delivering enough power? im confused

No, it was me that chose your post as the best solution since that explained how the problem was fixed, that's the criteria for choosing the best answer in a thread. My post didn't solve your problem so it wasn't appropriate to choose it as best solution. I'm not taking credit for something you solved yourself :)
