Hello all, I have a Gigabyte H61M-DS2 motherboard with 2GB DDR3 RAM. I want to upgrade it by adding another 2gb RAM stick in the second (The only other) RAM port. I tested the port by removing the stick from the first one and inserting it in the second one but it does not work. I have tried cleaning the second port with toothbrush but it's still not working.
So my question is, does it matter in which port I install RAM since both of them are blue in color.
PS: I know this is a noob question but i'm 15.
