Solution
If you buy a Graphics Card in that price segment it surely means you're a budget gamer who want the best product for his budget.

Let me make it little easy for you.
Performance as of TODAY

DX11 :-
GTX 1060 3GB is the winner here.Although after the new drivers the RX 480 4GB has come very close but still lacks behind the 1060 3GB.

DX 12 and VULKAN API:-
The RX 480 Cleary steps ahead in this case.
The 1060 3GB as of 25March 2017 is still great for the games in dx12 and vulkan.

NOW I can't really PREDICT the future but as the looks of it if you want to get better graphics setting in future game you'll need more VRAM.Yes you can still get great playable FPS on 1060 3gb but the RX 480 4GB because of it's VRAM will let you turn up the...

thanx for your answer i really appreciate it
the problem is, i heard that the nitro+ 480 do more noise and gets hot faster, will that affect it's performance in the long term
also we shouldn't forget that the rx 480 has significantly lower clock speed, i wonder if that's gonna affect the performance too and also make it less future proof

No, the Rx 480 4GB is superior. Sapphire is one of the best manufacturers of AMD cards.

Clock rate does not matter when you compare products from different vendors. If you have adequate case cooling the temperatures will remain within the manufacturers specifications. Which is true for any card.

As for temperatures under testing.
A reference GTX 1060 measures 79C under load.
A reference Rx 480 measures 82C under load.
The Sapphire Nitro+ 480 measures 76C under load.
http://www.pcworld.com/article/3098825/components-graphics/sapphire-nitro-rx-480-review-polaris-rethought-and-refined.html?page=8

So the Sapphire Nitro+ 480 runs cooler than a reference GTX 1060. 76C is plenty cool for a GPU.

The factory default fan setting for my GTX 970 doesn't turn the fan up to 100% until it hits 82C. I use a custom fan curve for more aggressive cooling so I never hit those temps. If you want to keep your card consistently cooler. Use a more aggressive fan setting.

Well that sound promessing *.*
Thnx a lot for you're help
Personally i was looking for someone who would conveince me that the sapphire 489 was better, cuz i liked it xD, also it's design looks better then the msi armor wich has no back plat, in the front the fans are not well designed too
So now that i know the 480 has better performance & will still perform better in the futer cuz it more optimised for dx12 & volkan
So i think i'm definitely going with th sapphire 480
Unless you have a better choice for me that is about the same price
Thnx a lit for you're help :D

If you play AAA Games then you surely do need the 4GB 480.
But if you aren't into AAA that much then you can go ahead and but the 1060 3GB.

But of coure if you buy a GFX Card you'll want to throw any game you can and expect 50+ FPS at high settings(atleast).

I'm sure you'll want the present and future both at high settings(again, atleast) at 1080p for next 2Years.

And As we know the 480 4GB is not bad at all for DX11 Games too why not take advantage of the extra VRAM and be a step ahead with 1060 in future gaming as well.

Enough of the 1060 3gb vs 480 4gb.

I'll talk real life scenarios we face after crossing 6-10 months with the cards.

At the time of buying look for the best Manufacturer.Fortunately both brand you chose are the best for their Amd and Nvidia Card respectively.

Sapphire are trusted and also make the best AMD Cards.
Now half the problem goes out if you have great system to utilize it.

A 550W 80+ Bronze PSU and a i5 6400(Atleast) will make it work without any hassles.

So Go ahead by the RX 480 4GB From Sapphire.Youll not regret it.

Tomorrow i'm gonna buy the rx 480 (it's my first gpu ever so i'm: kinda fulfilling a childhood gamer's dream lol)
And yeah i'm gonna be playing AAA games that's for sure! i'm not gonna play minecraft :p
And for the cpu i'm using an i3 right now but i'm planning to upgrade in the next months

The i3 will bottleneck your GPU but not greatly.Do upgrade your CPU as soon as you can so that you don't get much bottleneck and aren't deprived of your GPU's capabilities.

Games like GTA V are known for that.
But as of now you'll get more than playable FPS on max settings at 1080p with the cpu and gpu.

i just bought the 480 today and i'm verry happy with it *.*
the games are running smoothly at 1080p Ultra settings i test it first with need for speed most wanted 2 and i was like waaaaaw the graphics were AMAZING
so for every one out there who has the same problem as me, GO WITH THE RX 480!

tho i'm having an issue with the driver i can't update it, i installed the driver from the CD that comes with the gpu and it installs properly, but when i want to update it, it start downloading normally but when the download is done, it doesn't install it instead it tells me that it's already installed which is not the case!
Now i'm downloading manually the latest update from AMD website, hope this gonna fix the issue

anyway thnx again guys for your help, i'm very happy i followed you advice :D

Just a advise. The Driver CD you get is useless.Always download the latest one's online from the Website of AMD/NVIDIA.

It's been a pleasure to help.
Happy Gaming
