Hello,

I installed a new GT 730 graphic card on my Dell Inspiron 535s desktop and since then my system has been crashing and hanging a lot.
This is the error in event viewer "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
I've tried a lot of solution provide over the internet, however I'm still facing the problem.
Please help me out with it.

My system specs are as following,

Dell Inspiron 535s
Windows 10 32 bit
Processor: 2.80 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo E7400
RAM: 4 GB DDR2

First of all I'm not using it for gaming at all. I bought this card for my photo processing projects on Photoshop.
Before installing the card, I had no issues with the integrated graphic or Photoshop, however after installing the card it's all haywire.
Where should I start?

There are very few things in Photoshop that require or are boosted by having a dedicated GPU.

If you're not using any of those features extensively (e.g. the blur filters complete almost instantly even on integrated graphics), the Nvidia GPU isn't really doing anything for you.

"Display driver stopped responding" errors usually point to a bad/corrupted driver, or a hardware problem as suggested above.

1. Unplug/disconnect the computer from the network so Windows 10 doesn't try to automatically install video drivers.
2. Completely uninstall the Nvidia and integrated graphics drivers (especially if the motherboard's integrated video is also Nvidia). Try Display Driver Uninstaller if you have problems.

3. In the motherboard's BIOS settings, set the graphics to PCIe card instead of integrated video or auto.
4. Boot up with the GT730 installed and monitor connected to the card, and install the Nvidia drivers.

Well this is strange, I went to BIOS settings and there are only two options, PCI slot and Onboard, PCIe is not there.
But the card is inserted into a PCIe slot and it's working.

What do I do?

I followed your steps but I started getting the same error after a while.

I did contact Nvidia for this error and they are suspecting that my PSU is to blame because the max output is 250W.

I do not think that PSU is at fault. Please advice.
