Old psu dying and looking for new one

Hello, i have my psu about 5 years and its currently working, last half of year its started generate sound like it was electricity going loadly, i dissambled my psu and didnt find anything suspicious, probably capicator or transformator is dying, but i could play games and use pc without problem, now couple of days 2d games working fine, but 3d like Ghost Recon Wildlands after 10 minutes just turn off pc instantly, so i suspect its psu, so now looking to replace, what suggestion you got?
Pc specs:
Motherboard: Asus M4A77T
CPU: Amd Phenom II x4 965 BE (plans in future to upgrade in Intel I5 or I7 4th generation)
RAM: 2x 2GB Corsair ValueSelect and 1x 4GB Value Select. (upgrade to 4x 4GB)
HDD: 1x Sata 7200 RPM and 1x IDE 7200 RPM
GPU: Asus Nvdia Geforce GTX 960
Wifi Card: TP link T8E
FANS: 2x 90mm and 1x80 mm
PSU: Whitenergy 500w somekind poland creature :)
So which brands should i look for and what kind of wattage psu should i look for?

Currently have few and can't find which is better:
1. cooler master masterwatt lite 600w
2. Cooler Master B series 600W
3. Corsair VS Builder Series VS650 650w
4. Corsair TX650 (Used)
Can anyone tell me which I should buy?

Where are you ordering from? None of those are really first options and that's a pretty random assortment.
