I bought one router Netgear Nighthawk x8 in eBay one month ago, but three days ago began with problems

Suddenly, in the morning; router began to reboot constantly, a infinite loop that do unusable the router: not assign ip by dhcp, computer clients no recognize when I put a static IP to get a ping response... and wifi connects and disconnects.
I tries restart with a clip, pressing the button for 7, 15, 30 and other combinations to made a hard reset, but nothing.
Power supply is not a problem. I has read Netgear forum and other users have the same problem. I don't know how solve it.
Will be a hardware issue, or a problem with the firmware?
Pd: power light is white, and after a fee seconds, is amber... other lights on and off, as blue lights of four antennas.
I must claim warranty, or it is solucionable?
