Hey Guys,
So I have been getting a lot of problems with my PC, i assume GPU. Whenever I start up a game it will either randomly freeze often after only 15 seconds of being ingame and if not my FPS are only at half of what they should be. Sometimes also i am in a half freezing state for some seconds where the pc outputs like 2 fps and the sound is realy glitchy and sounds like interference. The thing is my CPU isnt bottlenecking since the GPU is constantly between 95-99% usage. My GPU though doesnt seem to ge t the necessary power cuz the Power graph shows that my power delivery isnt working. I already had these problems before, but usually they also fixed themselves after a couple of restarts. I also did a clean isntall today, but it didnt work sadly. I am really getting frustrated and i hope someone here can help me.

EVGA gtx 970 SC stock clock

Silverstone 750W 80+Gold
Hyperx savage 4x4GB DDR3 1600mhz Cl9
PS: MEMTEST said that there was no issue with ram
