Hello guys, I have recently been having some issues with running most games, where my FPS will drop to around 12, however 15 minutes later will go back up to 100+. During the low FPS period, my CPU Is underutilized. I believe that this is due to my PSU being faulty but just wanted to get another point of view.
*Also - is there a way to test if my PSU is faulty? I checked my 12V rail and it was reading 8.9V using Speccy. Could this be faulty?
