i've been using yes zoom wifi. Recently,i've detected that there is a problem with the internet connection - someone has been using my yes wifi illegally. So,i've changed my SSID*i dont know if this is the right spelling* name ( my wifi username ) and my password. the connection was good after the changes but after a few minutes, the connection turn slow again.. a moment later i was disconnected from my wifi and there was no internet connection. When i open the task bar on my laptop, and open the available wifi,my wifi username was gone. All the devices connected to my wifi were suddenly disconnected. Can you please explain to me what had happened? i restart my yes zoom and nothing happen even though the lights are all on. i hope that you can help me solve these problems as soon as possible.

p/s: 1) is it a good idea if i just reset the router?would it be a problem?can i connect to the internet like usual?

2) what is interface?because i think i just accidentally clicked "disable interface" and that was when everything happened like what i said earlier..is this the cause of it? -how to enable it?

You cannot change your wireless security and expect your computer to stay connected.

After changing SSID/passkey then open your computer networking control panel, manage wireless networks and delete the old wireless network. Then restart the computer and select the new SSID, choose auto connect and enter the new passkey.

And pay attention to what you are doing, if you disable your wireless adapter you must reenable it.
