hey guys,

after several attempts i added 140 mhz to the core speed now it reads 1747 mhz (1607mhz default) and added 100 mhz to memory clock and now it reads 2052 (default 2002mhz) and the boost clock is set to 1975 mhz (default 1835mhz). Power target and temp target are set to maximum
i did run furmark stress test for 6 mins and no crashes whatsoever and the temp reached 68 max.

i was using EVGA for overclocking and EVGA OC scanner for stress testing

these are the max values during stress test

how good did i do ? is what i did even worthy ? and can i push it further ?

Means your OC isn't stable enough. The best way to go about stress testing is to run either uningine heaven or valley, run those for 1-2 hours strait, if it doesn't freeze up your good to go. :)

it goes up to 2165 mhz max and then gets lowered to 2130ish. Now i noticed some random green or red colors that flickers for a second and disappears. i think i pushed it a little further and i need lower my clock values.

ive set my values like yours and the boost hits 2120 and after a while playing on max settings the boost comes down to 2088 mhz and doesnt move. its not worth the oc imo

im i doing something wrong ?

Your doing perfectly fine. Not sure why you would think your doing something wrong.

You'll have to increase voltage if you want to overclock higher. I can get to 2200mhz on max voltage, but that's way to much for 24/7 use.
