Rx 470 wont OC

Hello, I have just purchased an MSI RX 470 Armor addition and cannot OC it. I have tried afterburner and TRIXX. I am able to adjust the clocks and voltage, when I go to save them it resets back to factory default. Is this card locked or am I just doing something wrong. Thank you for the help.

My specs.
Psu 750w
Cpu i5 6600
Ram ballistix 8gb x1
Gpu MSI RX 470 4GB
Motherboard Motherboard GA-H110M-A

Thank you for the response. I have done as you suggested before reading your response, but may have been forgetting to click the startup with windows. I was messing with it yesterday and the apply button on afterburner is grayed out. I will try today with TRIXX. Thank you again for the response.
