I have a fx8350 eight core processor and a RX 480 for a graphics card 16gb of RAM (4x4gb sticks)
And I'm experiencing terrible fps where i shouldn't be, sometimes bad spikes of fps while playing league of legends which wouldn't be an issue at all, getting like 20 fps on battlefield 1 well I meet the recommended specs
