Most laptops have a restore partition. You just have to find the key combo at boot up to get it going. Then just follow the instructions. Press either "F1," "0," or "F8" at boot to be taken to your computer's hard drive utility screen. The key command differs depending on model Toshiba computer. Select "Restore Original Factory Image" from the list in System Recovery.
