I need help picking PC parts thanks

Hello

Im trying to build my sister a mini ITX PC i got a bitfenix aegis and want to know what parts i should put in it. Probably nothing over £200 i got 3 case fans i need a power supply, mother board (Mini ITX), maybe graphics card,processor, a cooler for the processor, and ram, and a hard drive nothing more than 1TB even 500GB would be fine and any other things i may have forgotten. Also a disc drive if possible. Thanks it also is gonna be pluged into 2 22inch aoc monitors and i got the keyboard and all sorted ive built my own pc before but don't really know what to do with a mini ITX case

Few words.

Went as cheap as i could without sacrificing build quality. Without GPU, you can use the onboard graphics inside CPU (Intel HD 610). And for 2 monitors, MoBo has 1x DVI-D and 1x HDMI connector. Also, put in 500W range PSU so that the PC is ready for a GPU (e.g GTX 1050 Ti or GTX 1060).

Note: Since Bitfenix Aegis case doesn't have any 5.25" external bays, you can't install ODD into it.

Btw, Bitfenix Aegis is a micro ATX case and not a mini ITX case.
