So its my first time building a PC and I was wondering if my build was good first of all (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PKjcPs)
but also the my main question was if I needed an HDD and only have an SSD to save a little bit of money. My budget is roughly around 1-1.2k with a red and black theme so if anyone has any ideas to cut down the price it would be much appreciated.

Solution
The SSD is higher volume and will last a while. Create a 100gb partition for windows and use the rest for storage. Add a hdd down the line.
Red and black theme overshoots the budget a bit.

yes but im aiming for a theme colored build and also in the recommended build you suggested it looks like you didnt add an HDD so does this mean i wouldnt really need one?
