Basically, I uninstalled all of my old graphics drivers because I just recently got 2x MSI GTX 1080 Twin Frozr. Now, I've reinstalled Geforce Experience and updated to the latest graphics driver and the Nvidia Control Panel didn't come back with it. Any suggestions?

Try use the DDU to clean up any GPU driver/ Geforce Experience in safe mode, if you don't use the DDU to uninstall the drivers. After that reinstall the driver and Geforce Experience.
