Gigabyte has got the best gaming motherboard in the Z270 line in my eyes as the hardcore rpg/rts gamer and IT specialist. I have almost similar system and I use it too. ASrock is pretty good but ASUS is better, and Gigabyte beats the ASUS many times. MSI was never being an option for me (maybe the norm)

For i7 K series, you're better to have liquid cooling system (K releases sort of heat). Your power supply unit can be considered as not really that much powerful to feed this beast. Try something better for PSU mate. It can ruin your system to the stone age. Good luck!
