I am looking for $300-$400. If it can go higher than this then please tell me.

Case - HP Pavilion HPE-400F
Storage - 1TB 7200RPM 64MB Cache
Motherboard - N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix) with Wifi mini card
Processor - AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0GHz 95W
Ram - 4x2 2GB DDR3-1333
Video Card - ASUS Radeon R7 260X DirectCU II OC 2 GB
Optical Drive - SuperMulti DVD Burner with LightScribe Technology drive
Power Supply - Thermaltake TR2 Gold 600W 80 PLUS GOLD

Average FPS on Ultra/Maxed out settings
Cs:Go = 60+
Rocket League = 60+
Grid 2 = 50+
War Thunder without Motion Blur = 50+
World of Tanks without Motion Blur = 35+
Far Cry 3 without SSAO and Depth of Field = 31-34
Garry's Mod = 60+
Dirt 3 Complete Edition = 50+
Company of Heroes = 50+


Working with Photoshop or Illustrator, etc is very smooth
Editing a movie is smooth unless you have a bunch of layers
Rendering an edited video takes time

But the CPU is a 9 year old released CPU. Doesn't matter if you bought it in 2017, it was released in 2008, It can't keep up with a lot of modern tasks. RAM is DDR2, can't be upgraded.

It's a HP motherboard, cheapest of the cheap. Minus the GPU and PSU, I've found more at the side of the ride in the dumpster driving by and thrown out the same for scrap metal.

This computer is 4 years old. The Power Supply was bought in 2015 and Video card was bought in 2015 too.
