Beebox-s-7100u doesn't appear to have Netflix UHD working with App or Edge

I have this plugged into HDMI 1/DVI

I have all the pre-requisites for UHD Netflix but for some reason no UHD flags appear on the content when viewing.

After the receiver I am using a sewell split deck (https://sewelldirect.com/splitdeck-1x2-4k-hdmi-splitter-) and then one connection goes directly to HDMI 1on the tv and second goes to smartooo downscaler (https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01N2T3LQT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_2AzMybN7E4ZWW?tag=8013015-20) After the downscaler I have this going into dreamscreentv.com

I have been trying every configuration possible but cannot get UHD Netflix working.
 
Solution
I discovered the solution:

You need to enable Software Guard Extensions in the bios and this enables hdcp 2.2

I get a direct connection and 4K Ultra Netflix playing but I have no audio coming out of the Receiver now.
what happens if you plug directly into the TV first. Eliminate everything. Then if that works, try through the Denon. then the downscaler. then the splitter. etc, etc.

could just be something in the chain. hdcp is picky in a normal situation, nevermind with all the other thigns in the middle you have.
