Did I burn my CPU?

I wanted to overclock my fx 6300 to 4.3 ghz using the next configuration: https://youtu.be/T9uXysmgPi8.
When I saved and rebooted my pc, screen was black and I couldn't do anything on the pc. I manually checked the temperature and it was rather hot inside, but not much. So I shutted it down and tried to reset the bios doing both the jumper reset and the battery one (I even left it outside the pc for 4 hours) . However, neither of them worked. So, later on, I decided to remove both memories (which were brand new just like the motherboard and the PSU) and I booted it but I couldn't hear any beep coming out from the motherboard. So right now the fans are working (cpu, gpu, psu, case), lights are on, but I don't have anything on the screen
Is there any possibility of having burned my cpu/motherboard. How can I realise? Thanks

Solution
The easiest way to find out is to put the GPU in a different machine to test it, and if that works, do the same for the memory.

If the memory works, try the PSU of the other computer in the one you're having trouble with. If it won't turn on at this point, it's safe to say the motherboard died.

It's a stock cooler. That same day, I applied thermal silicone to the cpu, but before changing any configurations my pc was working perfectly.
I had bought that cpu back in 2013. Anyway, thanks
