I have no idea how to remove a driver and i cannot find a website to download it anyway so if anyone could help with that it would be appreciated.

Sorry im not sure i understand how to do what you said i tried going to a website to update the drivers ( https://www.cmedia.com.tw/support/download_center ) but there does not appear to be windows 10 drivers if you could please elaborate it would be much appreciated.

Odd question but could this have anything to do with the new mic i got it seemed to start happening around the time i got it. It is a usb mic and it was plugged in during both crashes.

Where do i find the dmp files? Sorry i am not good with this kind of stuff.

When i try to open the file it asks for my password and once i enter it i get the message access denied.

When i upload the folder to onedrive it says 2 items could not be uploaded which is the contents of the folder. It wont let me move open or upload the dumb even though i am the administrator.
