(Current System)
MSI A78m-e35 Motherboard
Corsair H60
AMD A10 6800k CPU
Corsair Vengeance 16 GB (2x8) 1886mhz RAM
Insignia 400w ATX power supply (grey power supply from best buy)
MSI GTX 1060 6gb

Im currently in the process at looking at new upgrades, i saw that Ryzen 5 was coming out but i feel like i should just get an i5 since i heard 2 out of 6 cores on the Ryzen 5 1600 and 1600x will be disabled or not work as well as the others

My build for the ryzen 5 was

Ryzen 5 1600x
Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000mhz ram (2x8)
MSI B350M GAMING PRO

all of this is under $500 which is my budget to upgrade my pc

My build for intel was

MSI H110m Gaming
Corsair Vegeance LPX ram 3000mhz (2x8) (Motherboard will only use 2133mhz, thats the max)
i5 7600k

all this for less than the ryzen build too

I was wondering if any of you guys can link me things or tell which will be the best path to take to upgrade i know ryzen isnt out yet and i am going to wait for benchmarks, i will be buying these things in June probably.

(Current PC Problems)

I have a 1060 and idk why im only getting 80-100 frames on League of Legends on medium sometimes they drop to the low 50s to. Also my computer likes to turn itself on in sleep mode for some odd reason and When in sleep mode and i turn it back on it wont turn on my monitor, mouse and keyboard, forcing me to turn off completely and restart and sometimes it still doesnt post / load windows. i have to unplug the power and replug it in any ideas why its doing this? it never did this when i had a 750 ti in my system, i thinking it's because my Parts are about 3-4 years old and this GTX 1060 is about a year old and doesnt work very well with these parts.
